Wonderful 180 degree views include sunsets, volcanoes, the Indian Ocean and, of course, the main part of the island of Bali . An 500 meter path set amongst what feels like private plantations gives access to the villa, which is situated less than 15 minutes to Jimbaran Bay and its famous hotels and just 25 minutes to the airport.

Spacious and comfortable common areas are ideal for functions with an open plan living room, a large Bale and an exceptional second floor library. On entering the villa there is a sense of serenity and space. From the gates, the stairs, bordered on each side by illumined fountains, give access on the ground floor to an open air living area furnished with a modern sofa and armchairs and featuring a large semi circular bar with high chairs. Directly connected to this is an air-conditioned dining room with large sliding doors opening on to an eight-seat dining table and an interior bar linked to the modern and well equipped kitchen with storage room. The first floor is home to an amazing air conditioned circular lounge with sliding doors offering magnificent views from every seat.

Two bedrooms each with their own dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms, including open air showers, complete the main building. The master bedroom overlooks a large 60 meter swimming pool, open air Jacuzzi and gazebo, which comes fully equipped for massage and is furnished with long chairs and a dining table. Bedrooms and their communal areas are actually set back and away from the road, enhancing the sense of peace and tranquility throughout the whole villa.
