A: Yes, one of our representatives will meet you on your arrival at the airport arrival terminal hall and escort you to the villa or pick-up you from your hotel to the villa instead of from the airport and from the villa to the airport when you check out.
A: All villas listed in our website are inclusive of household staff. They are there to serve you during your stay at the villa. Their duties include making the beds, cleaning and maintaining the villa. See individual villa details as the number of staff and hours of work does vary and some include security and chefs. (Please refer to individual villas for details)
A: The rates shown are always quoted based on Per Villa per Night basis (unless stated otherwise).
A: Simply search or select one of several villas or give the description of the villa within your criteria using the search facilities of the site; price range, bedrooms, location, pool, etc. and then click the reservation button completing your contact information. No commitment is made at this stage. We will get back by email or phone within 24 hours, usually come with confirmation of availability, price and payment terms and conditions. We will book the villa after your approval and it will be confirmed by written after we receive your down payment
A: PVR (Paradise Villa Rental) will send you a confirmation slip by email, stating the Villa name, length of stay, Type of Villa, etc, upon confirmation, once full payment has been received.
A: Yes, we could tentatively book the villa under your name. However, we can only hold the villa for 3 days, and then the villa will be open for everyone, unless you have made a special agreement with us.
A: Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases. A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Please send us your new reservation requirements via an email or fax stating your original reservation details then we will process your amendment requests and will email you once your amendment is confirmed.
A: A written notice of cancellation must be send to PVR (Paradise Villa Rental). To compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have been turned down once your booking has been confirmed and the agents time and effort involved in making a booking means the deposit is non refundable. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate and Final payments are non-refundable.
A: We only accept payment by bank transfer in US dollars but can accept Rupiah in cash or by credit card. (Visa and MasterCard only)
A: We have two options to settle the payment The first option is to settle full payment, in which case this option is normally taken by our clients to avoid double charges occurring from the bank, as you will only pay the cost of bank charges once. The second is: 50% deposit 7 days after a confirmation has been given and 50% balance payment 61 days prior to the arrival date. Please bear in your mind, there will be another bank charge, when settling the balance payment by transfer. However, the decision is yours. Alternatively you can pay by credit card (MasterCard/Visa) but this is subject to 3% bank charges.
A: PVR (Paradise Villa Rental) and The owner will never take risk of any uncertain reservation, to secure the villa itself and to ensure your privacy as well as your reservation means we have to block the whole villa from any other reservation for the same or overlapping period. If you cancel your reservation after paying the deposit, you will lose it but the villa also loses the balance payment because you will not settle the balance of payment. If they later get whole payment from other guests who make a reservation for the same time period, we will then refund the non-refundable deposit. One reservation is for one entire villa. To secure your reservation you have to pay the deposit at least seven consecutive days after a confirmation has been given. If you do not pay it as per the terms, PVR (Paradise Villa Rental) and the owner will have the absolute right to rent the villa to others because we operate on a 'first come first served' basis.
A: Nowadays we understand that many do not want to be away from the network. A job even can be done on a vacation far away from home. Some villas have a good phone land line. With this phone, a good connection can be guaranteed. Some other villas, which are situated far away from the city (such as in Canggu, Tanah Lot, Jimbaran, even Ubud), there will only be able to provide a wireless phone. If there is not an internet connection at the Villa, you can easily find an Internet rental (called warnet) in Bali and now there are many wireless hot spots!
Though some villas have a broadband connection, please do not expect it to be as efficient as in your home country. Indonesia is still developing country and technology can never be guaranteed in any country. Unfortunately we are unable to advise you any precise size/speed of the connection.
A: Some villas will prepare it upon request. Some villas however do have a surcharge for this kind of service (see specific villa details). We do our best for all guests because we realize that many guests come to our villas bringing their children and/or babies. Please advise us of the children's ages and we will advise you on suitable villas.
A: Some villas will provide children's toys. However, the toys may not meet your children's' needs. Please kindly bring their toys to ensure they are happy with them. Alternatively, you may make a short stop at any supermarket upon arrival to purchase a whole variety of toys. Our cars are not equipped with any baby seats; therefore, please also kindly bring it from home.
A: Our drivers are experienced and know many quality places of interest. They can speak English and they are very friendly and helpful. If you need a professional tour guide who can speak good English and explain about Bali , we will be happy to organize this for you.
A: The sum of tips depends on your own discretion. The better service they provide, the bigger amount the can get. Some villas have their own parameters (house rules) regarding the amount of tips. Ask the manager or supervisor of the villa or you may read it on the house rulebook of the villa respectively. Normally guests tip the staff at check-out time.
A: Please organize all your meals or foods for your lunch and dinner, because the staff are cooking for you on demand and the chef will need time to go to any supermarket to purchase the ingredients of the meals; discuss it when you finish your breakfast with the chef, some villas will serve it for free and some villas will do a surcharge (varying from 5%- 35%) from the total amount of receipt for the purchasing and cooking service. As the services of a chef/cook and general menus/food options vary greatly please ensure you know what you are getting with your chosen villa and that you are happy with it.
